The classic Glaze based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is made with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and grape must.

A delicate taste and a lower acidity than Balsamic Vinegar to be used also in the kitchen and in confectionery.

A few drops are enough to give character to dishes, to enhance the taste of each dish, from appetizers to desserts.

The glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is ready to use, it should not be cooked, but used directly on the gastronomic preparation.

A surprising sweetness, made of floral and fruity notes, thick and creamy consistency: the final brushstroke of the home and non-home chef who decorates the dish, enhancing the taste of each course with unmistakable sweet and sour notes.
